Return and Refund conditions:
If you are not 100% satisfied or the product is damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of receipt at mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
You may return the product for reimbursement or replacement within 14 working days. Before the goods can be returned, you must contact us at the e-mail address: email@example.com All items returned must be in original condition and put in the original packaging. (with label)
Items in “SALE” or “CLOSEOUT” cannot be returned.
Once we have received the goods you will receive a mail and we will proceed to reimbursement or replacement.
The return costs are always for the buyer unless otherwise indicated by De Pivot (e.g. in case of product damage or incorrectly supplied product) shipping via Bpost pickup point:
You can choose to send via Bpost pickup point. If you choose this option, you must always pay in advance but you will not be charged a shipping fee if your order exceeds €20.00.
As soon as your parcel is in the pickup point or parcel dispenser you will be notified via SMS or mail. You can always let us know the pickup point or dispenser of your choice, otherwise we will choose a pickup point in your area.

Different delivery times:
Unfortunately we do not have all the products in stock. A part of our assortment is available directly from stock. However, due to the wide variation in sizes and colours we cannot keep everything in stock. In addition, a part of our wide range is delivered from abroad. The delivery time of our products is between 3 and 15 working days.
Late delivery Date:
Also, our suppliers may not be able to deliver a certain item directly. We will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail.
